Richard works with our Senior Associates seeking promotion to, or being considered for, partnership. He helps individuals to take stock of their careers to date, enabling them clearly to assess their own suitability to take on the responsibilities of partnership. Only with the full consent of the Senior Associate in question does he then report his conclusions to the Senior Management Team. As a fully trained coach with a legal background and up-to-date law firm experience, Richard's approach is empathetic but his methods are rigorous and results-oriented.
